Sgt. Pat Goggin has been a member of the Johnstown Police Dept. since 2003 and is assigned to the Patrol Division. He was promoted to Sergeant in 2009.
Sgt. Goggin is also in-charge of the Motor Corps and is a member of the S.E.R.T. Team Long Rifle Division

Prior to coming to JPD, Officer Goggin worked for the District Attorney's office and for the former Lower Yoder Twp. Police Dept.
