Officer Chad Miller has been a member of the Johnstown Police Dept. since 2003 and is assigned as a School Resource Officer (SRO) at the Johnstown High School.
Officer Miller is also member of the Johnstown/Richland S.E.R.T. Team Entry Division and a Certified CIT (Crisis Intervention Team) Officer
