Officer Donald Hess has been a member of the Johnstown Police Dept. since 2000.
Officer Hess is currently assigned to the patrol division.

Officer Hess is a graduate of the Westmoreland County Community College where he earned a Associate degree in Criminal Justice.
Officer Hess is also a graduate of the Municipal Police Officer Training Academy at the University of Indiana of PA.
