Officer Bill Killinger has been a member of the Johnstown Police Dept. since 2006 and is assigned to the Patrol Division.
Prior to coming to JPD, Officer Killinger had worked for the PA Department of Corrections, SCI Laurel Highlands as a Corrections Officer.
