Officer Phil Keim has been a member of the Johnstown Police Dept. since 1989 and is assigned to the Patrol Division, also member of the Motor Corps since 1991.

Officer Keim is also a member of the S.E.R.T. Team Long Rifle Division.

Prior to coming to JPD, Officer Keim worked for Several police Dept.'s which included East Taylor Twp, West Taylor Twp and East Conemaugh Boro.
